The “impulses” theory is just invented by Billy Meier to get rid off the “competition” in the UFO field. After years off researching the Meier case I concluded he (Meier) is a megalomaniac. (Lets not forget that in his works he claims to be the reincarnation of Jesus Christ.) Like any absolute sociopath he has zero tolerance for anyone that might question his self-acclaimed authority.
