Hello, Valeria says: “…in England we look after the incapable better than we look after the capable…” – that is probably why England does not have its own Michael Horn equivalent then, makes sense. In california they allow the incapable and vulnerable to die in the street which motivates the capable somehow compelled to fight harder; than in England, thus there is a Michael Horn in America and not an equivalent to a Michael Horn in Europe.
