He takes personal self responsibility for himself, and people who do that tend to be seen by history as fascist. Adolf Hitler took self responsibility for example, like Michael Horn has done, but that doesn’t mean Michael Horn has an equivalent level of fascism. Michael Horn has roughly the same amount of Fascism in him as you Ed. default levels of fascism, nothing Adolf Hitler did can be described in the same ballpark as what you say is the new meaning of fascism, your definition is something to do with belief I think.
