Here in Europe people are for the most part well educated. People are taught that a foundational element of Fascism is that the superior have a natural right to dominate the inferior. So when you state that “the incapable and vunerable are allowed to die in the Streets which in turn motivates the capable” that fits right into the Fascist philosophy. How non-caring and right wing of you!
