Mr Meier had a real vision from Arahat Athersata many times. Those around him also experienced this. When the candidates were ready to submit their applications to central governments for yet another role in the bureaucracy of central government authority the ghosts from the geistlehre gave them a real vision to ensure the Arahat Athersata employed the best candidates by their definition. When the administrators from central government decided something which was controversial and caused uprising, the ghosts from Arahat Athersata came along and quelled the wannabe revolutionaries with peace and calm, whom dropped their placards and subsequently got back to work in the coal mines and factories. The Arahat Athersata likes to have ghost sex with the candidates it like and which the Plejaren choose and are elect and noble and selected, this seals the bond. Some call it a hallucination others a vision and others real or not real and a dream etc. opinions are variable.
