I was sent this photo in 1994 by an ex-FIGU member who wishes to remain unnamed who I will call B. she was in the Silver Star Center in 1984 when Meier brought out some photos he took while he was in the year 2236. She said that Meier told her and 4 other witnesses that he was given the vehicle by Quetzal to drive around for a year while he was there and that Quetzal brought him back to the same time he left at the end of the year. Meier took the photo of the steering wheel, it was a Citroen F79u according to what she told me, that Meier said was invented in 2231.
He told the five of them around the table that he drove it from Kazakhstan to Norway during a 3 week road trip, and got Cheetos on the passenger seat.
